How can I get my GPU's temps?

Hi,

Is there any software out there that can get the GPU temps and control a fan connected to the motherboard from the temps? Ideally can you get speedfan to do it, as this is what I am currently using to control my cpu's fan speed. Any help would be brilliant! Loving my new gpu cooler (vortexx neo) for my 4850, just want to have an auto adjusting fan speed. I like to have 1200rpm at idle (full speed is 2500) and then a slight increase in games.

You can't get auto fanspeeds for Vortexx Neos as they don't plug directly in to the card.

For simply checking your temperature though, you can use Overdrive in the Catalyst Control Centre to monitor temps, or you could use rivatuner.

Yes I realise there, that is why I was asking whether anyone knew whether there is software out there that can detect both the temperature of the GPU and control fan's via the motherboards PWM.

Nope I can confirm it cannot as that is what I am already using. Unless there is a way to add it to speedfan?
