Really frustrating issue. Recently openreach have been doing a lot more visits to the green box outside my living room. Also, very recently, my internet has degraded. I'm getting jitter between 5/800ms, speeds from 0.002 to 74mpbs, and a small percentage of packet loss.
I tried to explain that, and they just offered me bt Wi-Fi boosters, even though I explained it's on a wired connection (BTW I did in the end get them for free because why not have free stuff?).
As long as I have one test that was above the 65mpbs, stay fast, they didn't care or understand?
Is there a team within BT I can contact that get **** done?
