How can I get rid of this?

Took a load of photos with my 350D last weekend and did a few today and found that there is something on the lens or sensor.

I have cleaned the lenses and mirrors inside the camera but its still there

How do I get it off the sensor?

Please don't throw all that mumbo jumbo at me!

I am sure there is a sensor cleaning option in the menu but I can't see it anywhere!

All sorted - Just found the online manual. I didn't realise that the sensor cleaning just meant that it would move the mirrors and open the shutter. Thanks for the help.

Just a pain about the photos with the dot!
