I use 2 computers in different locations but i have only 1 MS Outlook account. Its a bit of a pain when ive dealt with emails etc on 1 computer only to have to sort everything out when i get to the 2nd.

Is there a program or something that can make so that when i go to the 2nd computer outlook is in the same state as on the original computer.

Not the best at explaining things but hope its enough for someone's help.

TIA

What kind of email account? POP3?

If so, then go into your Account Settings > Change (whilst highlighting your account) > More Settings (button) > Advanced (tab) > Leave a copy of messages on the server (Tickbox)

Now both machines can download from the mailserver without removing the mail making it inaccesible from the other.

That will work for incoming mail but not sent items. Depending on your email account you can use IMAP to do both.

Sounds like you want to use IMAP. Who'se your email provider?

If your current provider doesn't offer IMAP and you're feeling up for it you could maybe set-up hMailserver (http://www.hmailserver.com/) to handle your email for you, it's very good.

I have one account that downloads from Yahoo (pop?)- this is my personal account.
The 2nd account is a pop account for my business.

I already have "leave a copy of message on server"
