I can't help feeling it looks a little erm messy/odd any ideas? i know the stand is a bit ugly but its all i could afford at the time - any suggestions would be great ( going to sort the cabling out this weekend and the camera lens wont be there or the bluetooth headset but obviously thats not going to make a big difference

A bigger desk so you can spread stuff out.
Put the laptop docking station under the desk on a shelf or top of drawers.
Get a nicer keyboard. (Or go Wireless)
Get a nicer monitor stand.
Move the desk so it is central on the window (unless it means you can't open the window).

Thanks for the comments, bigger desk is out of the question as theres a machine either side and thats wall to wall pretty much.

Keyboard looking as we speak :D

Stand - i think will have to wait a bit really can't justify spending £300+ on something at the moment :(

Desk mounting is an option, but would rather not drill a hole in my desk and unsure if the desk would be strong enough to take it.

Sadly the gap between wall and window on the right is larger than the left side so unable really to move it.

prolly room for another thread, but any suggestions on design/keyboard i should look for?

Would a G15 cut it?

that monitor stand is prety weak in the looks department maybe it would look better black chop about 4 inches off it and put it on the window sill

the monitor cables need to be tightend up and fed behind the stand so you cant see them

and thats the biggest bluetooth headset charger ive ever seen is it some sort of e-penor or something?

i dunno it looks abit thin cant you get a better desk?

Aye, cabling will be done today

Bluetooth charger i got the headset free a while back how can i complain but as i mention it is going, the dock prolly will be gone too since i no longer use it.

At this moment in time the desk a few weeks old so currently out of the question sadly.

and no macs!

I run a business from home and all our calls are routed via a IP PBX system, i could use a softphone but they still arnt as nice.

And yep, calender/contacts all sync with phone.
