as said, bigger desk would be better and probably not set against the window as its blocking the lower part of it anyways, imo looks bad there

First thing I'd do is ditch the top of the desk and replace it with a longer, wider and deeper table top/kitchen counter top. It'll fit straight onto that desk base by the looks of it.

Thanks for the comments, bigger desk is out of the question as theres a machine either side and thats wall to wall pretty much.

Stand - i think will have to wait a bit really can't justify spending £300+ on something at the moment

Desk mounting is an option, but would rather not drill a hole in my desk and unsure if the desk would be strong enough to take it.

Sadly the gap between wall and window on the right is larger than the left side so unable really to move it.
