Just playing around with Photoshop really, how can I improve this design?

Pretty nice, needs some indication of what page you are on - maybe the current page on the nav has red font instead of black the same as the others.

Right, it's fixed... Was filtering out '**' in the filename...

Menu font is hard to read IMO, e.g. Servers looks like Seavers.

Quick bit of advice, I'd avoid having the gun on top of the menu buttons. It means you have to make the buttons with bits of gun on them, and allign it all perfectly, which would be difficult with users have different resolutions.

a lot of hassle for a very subtle effect.
