How can I install Windows ?

I have the following:

- Toshiba M200 Tablet PC, which consists of NO cd-rom drive but does support bootable usb memory sticks and network boot.
- Wired Lan/Wireless Lan/Internet Capabilities
- Other Computers on the Network
- Windows XP Tablet PC Edition CD
- Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Image on a Network share
- Windows XP Tablet PC Edition Genuine Licence Key

How do i go about an install here.

The above linked solution... or...

1. Create a bootable usb (google "hp drive key")
2. Copy contents of xp cd to usb device
3. boot from usb...

I have no idea whether this will work, though...
