how can i make a podcast?

ok, without explaining why, i need to make a podcast. in windows. and need to know how... can anybody help please?

it's the coding bit that i'm having problems with, need to make an XML file that works with the mp3. and it is audio, you could class it as pr0n, i do have a rather sexy voice....

aaargh. this is annoying, does anybody even know of any podcasts created in windows? perhaps i could contact the makers...
