Theres all my components, got a build thread too if interested.

Please can you give me some step by step guidance to get it up to 4ghz.

Also running two pwm splitters for my apache fans and case fans, but everything seems to be running at full all the time, what can I do to stop this?

The 3 Akasa Apaches are running in a cpu cooler tunnel effect (push/pull/exhaust) and are PWM but the top exhaust and the two front fans are 3-pin voltage and also running on full. On the BIOS I've loaded optimised set up on UD5 and set up smart fan control running with PWM but this is not making any difference, still running full.

What should I do ??? :(

hi there is a way you can change the fan speed in bios, there is also an download called speed fan I think which you can get for free which allows you to change the fan speeds. or you could get a fan controller which would let you adjust the fans with a control on the front of your case.

the fans may be running fast as the chip is hot perhaps, I have a p6t board with my i7 never over clocked before last month. I just changed the MHz to 177 and dropped the volts to the chip to 1.15v runs at 3.6 fine temps normally about 35/40 oc on the CPU

it may be different in your mb though
