how can i password protect my emails in microsoft outlook?

Hey guys,

I have some folders in microsoft outlook that contain subfolders full of emails, i would like to password protect my folders, how can this be done?

set up a pst file (File --> New --> Outlook Data File) - this can easily be password protected.
