How to let gf watch me play games over internet?

I've been using RealVNC to go on my PC remotely it's really cool but it doesn't carry sound.

Does anyone know of any way to play say Battlfield 3 on my netbook using the power of my PC. Cloud / VPN??

I would say this is currently impossible. Even with a reduced FPS on your main PC you would still have a huge lag going through a remote connection. Unfortunately for such a high spec game, the only way you can play it is from your main PC.

Edit: Why would you want to play on your netbook anyway?

I thought as much :( I wonder how onlive do it? I just think it's awesome then I could play games in bed through VNC or build one huge monster PC and let everyone play games on it.

Bandwidth doesn't count because I am using LAN which is faster than their requirements for onlive. I think it's the VNC protocol, they must have made their own.

Use said notebook to order a gaming capable laptop!

Seriously, until Battlefield is available through OnLive or a similar service, if it ever is then I'm afraid you are going to struggle.
