How can I see my gfx temp during a game

How do people see what their graphics card temperature is going up to during a game? Is there a way to make it show up in the game, like in the top left or right corner?
 
I figured out a temporary way to do it. CCC' always on top'. Works completely full screen too.



Apparently rivatuner can do it which I'm gonna look into.
