How can i see what version of windows 8 i have ?

Is there anyway I can tell if my version of windows 8.1 is OEM,retail or upgrade ?

As all it says in under the control panel>system TAB is this

Sticker from your original box, or on the outside of the case, or your original licence code will say what version of windows it is, sticker with your licence key that is.
