How can I set the time on a PC at bootup ?

Anyone know of any software to set the time on a PC at bootup ?

I have a machine which stops the clock when I switch it off - I think its the motherboard (tried changing the CMOS battery with no effect). The time is kept fine when powered.

A Simple solution would be to get it to change the time on boot up.

Is there an easy way to do this ?

Yeah, if it's running XP, just go into the registry and set a quite short interval between syncs, and you should be set.
