How can I transfer all my email folders from incredimail to outlook 2007?

I want to get rid of this stupid app called incredimail, but the stupid program explorts only to a .zip file (inside are the normall folders where incmail stores it's rubbish) that can only be properly imported with another incredimail.

Has anybody got a step by step instruction how to get my mails into outlook again, it used to import FROM outlook express, but has no option to port it back.

I'm tired of it ''having'' to send a background image to people and adding spam to the bottom of my mails, a lot of my mails never get replied because they're in peoples spamfilters :mad:

Please, I can't do anything in incredimail.

EDIT: Bah, even my own ISP marks my mail like spam.

Tryed that but when I drag all the email files into outlook 2007, it says there is not enough hdd or RAM space to complete the assignment or something, very odd as I have 7 gb of hdd space free and 2gb of ram should be enough.
