How can I transfer game files between two PCs

Got two Windows 10 PCs. I want to avoid downloading big games twice. I know Steam has a backup options which I will use to le me send game files between the two via ethernet to avoid downloading 100Gb of GTA V twice.

So does Origin, Uplay and R* launcher have "back up" options to allow me to do the same?

I believe all you will have to do is copy across all the data files to PC2 from PC1, then download the launchers on PC2, point the launchers at the data files, sign in and it should see them.

I believe specifically with the GTA files (if using R* launcher) download and sign in on PC2 start downloading GTAV stop it and shut down the launcher, move the game files in to the folder then restart the launcher and it should read the files.

Yep done this many times myself. Copy all the data over and then point the launcher to where your games are currently saved and it will find them for you.
