.wav files are just silly for 99% of purposes. Use a tool like Audacity (it's free and available for eleventy billion different platforms) to compress it into an .mp3.

Failing that, give me the file and I'll compress it for you.

Audacity is a handy little prog, and lame makes a good job of converting to MP3.
