The system in my sig.
Memory: Corsair Vengeance RGB EXPO 32GB DDR5 PC5-48000C36 6000MHz

so my ram is just 6000MHz CL36 stuff that was on offer and as RGB , that was all i went shopping for.
but I'd to do a little overclocking just because it would be rude not to... well if i go up one speed bump to 6200Mhz or just go CL34 so again one step, insta crash.

like what... come on all ram gives you a little something, but im used to AM4/5 and not intel(not since 7700k) so is there somthing i need to do so voltage i need to change

6000CL36 kits are Samsung IC's which are not great, that's on top of Corsairs already garbage binning.
al be honest thats what i thought, but ever utter crap normally gives you a little somthing like.

dont get me wrong the ram works and dose as it should you know. its just nice to get free speed

Most Corsair stuff these days can only do their rated timings. Out side of that no matter how small the frequency increase they just crash. I have the Titaniums first edition rated for 7200. Try an go lower and it doesn't like it. Pretty to look at and a price point to match it looks but in actual useability outside their rated timings and clocks about as much use as a choclate teapot.
