how can people think like this?

The stupid thing is, shes proabably had a string of less erious crime, which shes just had warnings for. If the law and cops came down harder on less serious crime. I belive it would have a huge impact on more seriouse crime. Also sthe law should be able to be used on kids a lot younger.
