How can you quick save in Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War?

Please can someone tell me how you can quick save during the campaign on Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War?

It saves as you go through checkpoints - Mine did last night while I was playing the third level.

You can't on the console version, I done that stealth bit about ten times before I made it through.
