I know that bt now use traffic shaping, so does this mean any isps using certain ipstream connections will automatically be traffic shaped also?

On the thinkbroadband website I have been looking at isps, and it says the wholesale product which every isp uses such as IPStream Max and premium, which products are traffic shaped?

No. You're confusing BT Retail (the ISP) and BT Wholesale (the, er, wholesale provider).
The former uses traffic shaping, the latter doesn't (at least not in the sense you're thinking of).

None of them?

Ah, is there a list of isps that do use traffic shaping? I remember when we had bt, we got 30Kb/s in the daytime just trying to download a file, so while other people are using p2p in combination with vpn and encryption, us normal users were crippled.
