How close to 12v should it be?

I was messing earlier on this 8320/290 flashed to 290x system and noticed the 12v is at 11.75 and drops to 11.6 occasionally.
Is this okay? or a sign of a dying psu?
The psu itself is about 5years old lols, tis a corsair tx750.

Its fine i think. My 12v is currently sitting at 11.88v and i have a 1000W psu and 2x290's in xfire. When i have just one card in the system it reads a bit higher normally.

If you have a multimeter check the voltages with that, I don't trust software for voltage readings.

Tolerances on the rails are as follows:-

+12v 11.400v min / 12.600v max
+5v 4.750v min / 5.250v max
+3.3v 3.135v min / 3.465v max

The only real way to check is with a multimeter. Software is not accurate.
