The horror stories were incredible to say the least.

Eugh, Connect3D's boxes are pathetic. I bought an 1800XT last year and the card plus all the cables means it's a massive squeeze getting it all in.

Yeah my Connect3D X1900XT was in a tiny box, all cramped in, when I bought mine last year.

The bracket that holds it against the back of the PC case was bent to buggery.

Well doing all this to boxes and stuff might be fun but they might also
have some fun and put your card fix to the back of the line lol. I am sure

just ground the cling film before wrapping it
