From December but I never saw it.

Today I watched a male bear kill a female bear, then mate directly afterwards with another female bear. Pretty twisted animal sex act.

The news results says he was convicted years ago for the story in the op and the charge was parole violation due to being in contact with a felon so it seems that most of the stuff in that article is untrue.
