Anyone else get these emails just after your parcel has been delivered - If it's a one off I might give feedback but Evri sends them after each delivery -loads of them so now I just delete them.
Do they not realise if their service is carp then we will leave feedback.
 
Amazon does this with a thumbs up or thumbs down, clicking on either goes to the same page giving delivery details, so I don't know what the point of it is or if it even let's Amazon know you're satisified or not

Yup. Almost seems ironic that Evri, probably one of the worst courier companies in existence, is one of the worst offenders for feedback emails. I’m guessing any replies just go into their junk mail automatically, cause they sure ain’t paying attention to any I’ve sent!!
