How did you make your signature under 20Kb? (Using Photoshop for creation)

Hi guys, just wondering what you did to get your sig under the 20Kb limit?

I tried a-lot of different things, and the way which gave me the best quality was to create an 8 bit canvas in Photoshop, save it as a medium quality JPEG and then compress it slightly.

But my signature appears far more grainy than most other peoples

fireworks has very good compression abilitises. Unfortunately that's all it's good for so very few people own them.
