How difficult is fitting the cooler

I am considering the i3 Bundle with Arctic Coolin Freezer 7 but I am a little concerned about fitting the Cooler, as I suffer with Arthritis and do not have much strength in my hands. I have been looking around the web to see if there are any pictures of this type of Cooler fitted but haven`t found any.
The advantage of pre-fitting is obvious to someone like me BUT what about fitting the Cooler.
I would appreciate any advice

I found it easy enough, its fiddly but doesn't require too much strength. a pair of plyers would help.
