How do disable Vsync in CCC?

Since installing the 7.7 drivers I have noticed 3 extra service running in the background and am curious as to if they need to be running at startup.

They are,

ccc.exe
mom.exe
and

mscorsvw.exe

which after doing a google is something to do with 2.0 net.framework which I installed before installing the latest cats.
