How do enable trust

I've had a quick search through the FAQ's and my UserCP but can't find how I enable it?

The search just told me that I needed to enable my trust before I could enter the MM, and I can't see anything "trust" related in the CP

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I think you click the trust icon in your message next to quote, log in and that's it!

Any hints on a search?

I clicked the FAQ at the top then searched "trust" - got the MM stuff, then searched "how to enable trust"
