How do fan splitters effect performance?

I am planning a new cooling system and want to connect two 'blocks' of fans to fan controllers, the problem is one block consists of 6 fans. My fan controller has 1 molex connector to power it so how badly will my fan performance be affected if i daisy chain 3pin fan splitters so 6 fans will connect down to a single 3 pin into the controller?
 
It shouldn't affect performance, because your splitting the voltage and they use very little I believe

If you have a good psu you Should be fine

As long as your fan controller can handle the current of the 6 fans on one channel then you will not have any performance issues at all.

What fans and what controller?
 
Neither of those linked fan controllers will anywhere powerful enough to control 6 fans per channel, unless they are super low speed ones, and even then startup current may be an issue.
