How do I access Windows domain drives on a Mac

Hi guys,

I know very little about Macs and one of our clients wants to be able to access one of the drives that the Windows machines can on the server. How would I go about doing this? I've found a guide on adding a Mac to the domain, but I don't really want to have to do this, is there another way?

Any help very much appreciated.
