How do i adjust my ram speed in bios

I just do it the simple way of enabling the XMP/DOCP, however you can set it yourself by adjusting the voltages etc

The most important thing is that you check the DRAM voltage is right because your PC won't boot at 3200 Mhz if the RAM voltage is 1.2v.

If you just select the frequency in the BIOS rather than via XMP/DOCP the motherboard will usually select loose timings, looser than your memory is specified for, which isn't a big deal, but you'll lose a little bit of potential.

So i selected the 3200mhz the voltage is at 1.356 and everything seems fine so far.
cheers for the replies
