How do I associate a particular game with a particular monitor?

I have two gaming monitors: one 4k, one 1440UW. Some games, like Doom, allow me to select the monitor on which to play; others do not. Changing the main display in Windows is simple enough, but it's a faff to keep doing it. So is it possible to tell Windows that game X needs to be played on monitor A and not monitor B?

You could run the game in borderless windowed mode & use an app like Display Fusion to move the window to the desired monitor when started.
