how do i burn a avi file to a dvd please? help

sorry if this is in wrong forum thingy but..

iv got a 900mb avi video file, any idea how i can burn it to a dvd for free please? anything that will let me liturally burn it, reguardless of quality as long as its free so i can watch it on a dvd player please lol

it's in the corner IIRC, it's note really a problem, it's more literally a watermark in that they want their picture there if you haven't paid for it...
