Go to www.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com and sign in. Then go to transaction history and it should show your pre-order there and let you cancel it

No. Sony hasn't charged me yet..

Yes you can. If you cancel before payment is taken then it will just cancel. If they have taken payment it will go back into your wallet.

You will not get a refund however on or after the release date of the game.

Thanks guys not to sure about The Order 1886 now after seeing game play
