How do i change my nat type .....on pc?

Just bought the new cod game and my ping is all over the place. Also when i load up the game is states that im on a moderate nat type. Ive changed my nat type on ps4 and xbox one but never on pc.

can anyone help?

You have to do it on the router

Is that the 192.168 In google or is it on my voda app?

How do you get your internet connection?

4G
Fibre
ADSL?

im on vodafone unlimited.

my router was syncing at 30meg but ive just noticed its syncing at 17.5meg
