How do I change the font in Firefox?

I don't mean the font on webpages, I'm talking about the font for stuff like favourites and the menu bar at the top.
 
Right click your desktop, go to properties, go to appearance tab, click advanced button, you can change fonts on some of those items.

yup. the main 3 which will affect how firefox looks are

active titlebar
menu
message box

have a play with those. :)
 
you can change the firefox menu font if that's what you trying to do

you can do this by going to Tools> Options> Content tab

after setting the font you will need to restart firefor for the settings you
have changed to take effect

as for the font that's shown on web sites that set via the designed
but this can also be changed in the View> Character> font list but i
wouldn't change that is i was you as it could make a mess of sites
layouts and design.
