How do I check my internet usage?

Hello I am looking for a new ISP. Before I fork out extra money for unlimted downloads, I just need to know how much I do download. I'm pretty sure its less than 25Gb. All I do is surf, view a lot of pictures and download a few songs.

How can I be sure though?

this is a really good program, it can monitor multiple interfaces at once, and is quite customisable.

Who are you with now? Your existing IPS might keep logs of you last few months use.

Netlimiter is good too - you can even break down the amount of data from each application...
