I seemingly have a fee game, The Division 2 which came free with my Ryzen chip yet I cannot find any instructions on how to go about claiming.
I am sure this question has been asked before but search bought up nothing.

If some kind soul could point this old duffer in the right direction.

Thanks will have a look.

I got a code from OCUK that needed to be registered with AMD rewards.

Then you will get redeem codes following the instructions.

You won't get the redeem code for the division 2 until it is released.

So I will not get a code until game is released or I need a code from OCUK to register my qualifying purchase and then I will get the game code on release?

I see the GD famous sarcasm is alive and well.

I found it straight forward.

If you bought from OCUK, the info is in your order reference and also on the paper receipt with the delivery.

It is not on either which of course I did check.
As the advice seems conflicting here I will try customer service forum which I should have posted in anyway. Thanks.

Can a mod close this thread please.

It is actually on the invoice, which I tend not to look at not the received order notification or delivery note. Now sorted.

As of yet i have been unable to register the code I received from OCUK because it is necessary to down load the AMD verification tool which I assume checks that you have a qualifying product. As the build is not completed as yet, forgot to order thermal paste, (doh), I will have try again next week.

So are you going to apologise for blaming OCUK's customer service for you not being bothered to read? Did you want them to fly the code past your house on a banner behind a plane?
And I should have known to read the invoice for what reason pray tell? I had a notification of order, I also had a delivery note with order details but for some reason known only to you I should have known to look at an invoice for the game code?

Odd that customer service apologised that the code was not on the delivery note, but hey as far as I am concerned all is well.

You really should get out more perhaps try interacting with real people it might help your rather nasty online demeanour.
