How do I claim the game with AMD

It is actually on the invoice, which I tend not to look at not the received order notification or delivery note. Now sorted.
So are you going to apologise for blaming OCUK's customer service for you not being bothered to read? Did you want them to fly the code past your house on a banner behind a plane?

And I should have known to read the invoice for what reason pray tell? I had a notification of order, I also had a delivery note with order details but for some reason known only to you I should have known to look at an invoice for the game code?

Odd that customer service apologised that the code was not on the delivery note, but hey as far as I am concerned all is well.

You really should get out more perhaps try interacting with real people it might help your rather nasty online demeanour.

Unfortunately the person you spoke to is confused or over-apologising in our quaint British way (most likely both). The delivery note cannot have the code on it, ever. It is only allocated to your order after shipping has finished, during allocation it's added to the order line description so you can see it on the order history on the website (we had a dedicated link on the old site, but just adding it to the description was the easiest way of getting it into your order history). As a coincidence this means it gets onto your invoice before it is emailed (as they don't get mailed until the evening, which should be well after the code is allocated, if we have sufficient keys).

It isn't the primary way of alerting you to your game code however - at 6.05pm on the day your order was shipped an email with subject "AMD Equipped To Win - Ryzen Game Bundle - The Division 2" was sent to you, containing the code and instructions of where to go to redeem it.

Occasionally the code is emailed later (when we run out and have to ask the vendor for more keys) but in this instance we obviously had plenty as it was mailed just minutes after the shipping confirmation.

Hope that clears up the process for you all.
