How do I connect my 4870x2 to my PSU ?

Hi bought a second hand 4870x2 I notice it has 8 molex slot and a 6 molex slot. I am wondering how to connect my PSU to it.

can I use 2 cables with 6 moles holes on each ?

No, as far as im aware you have to have an 8 pin and a 6pin connector. What PSU do you have?

I have a OCZ GameXStream 850W Power Supply

Bloody hell i didn't think I had to power both slots on the card!.

From looking around in my case I can see 4 x cables and each have 6 molex holes on each end.

I think I might need a adapter or something. ?

Any help is appreciated guys !

Noticed these specs on another retailer website. Read down the bottom. I think mine is a older version to which they are talking about.

His is the older version without the 6+2 pins.

You should've asked the dude you bought the card off to give you the box contents, you would've got some molex adapters.
