I want to connect my Windows PC to the internet using my Macbook Air via Ethernet. But I'm not sure how to do this on the Windows side. I plugged in my Ethernet cable to my MacBook Air via the official Apple USB-C to Ethernet adaptor. I went to Settings>General>Sharing>Internet Sharing. On there, I set "Share Connection from" to Wifi. End I check the appropriate settings. See the photo below.

I'm not sure what to do on the Windows side though.

i know nothing about apple devices
but the very first thing i do if theres a windows problem
go to device manager
find your ethernet adapter
find power management tab for it
untick both boxes for turn off this device to save power
windows stupidly ticks them by default
lost count of how many times this has fixed peoples issue over the years

Windows side should be nothing. If anything from your screenshot, it says "Internet sharing: Off" on the top so it looks like it hasn't been turned on yet on the Mac side. According to this after you press "Done" on the window you took a screenshot of, there should be an option to actually turn on internet sharing.
