How do I connect to my Win7 WORKGROUP?

I've tried a quick google search, and it seems I need Workgroup Manager, no where to be found, I'm not sure when I first got it I didn't install some server stuff or something? :3

Might just start a help me, mbp new user thread soon as I keep having questions lol.

Nevermind, I've done.

Well it kinda did it itself, after I installed server tools from the Apple website, picked up both my PC and Laptop via Finder!
