How do i copy files onto my xbox 360?

Ive managed to stream content from my laptop into my xbox 360 elite but cant seem to find a way of storing them on the xbox hard drive thus meaning i dont need to keep streaming from my laptop.

Ive had a quick glance through the sticky but found no answers.

Is there a way to do this please?

I don't think there is.

The only stuff you'll be able to store directly on the hard drive is what you download from the marketplace.

wow, im suprised. So everytime we want to look at the family photos on the laptop but through the xbox 360/TV we have got to fire the laptop up?

You could stick them on a CD/DVD or flash drive.

But essentially. Yes, You'd have to stream them
