Well firstly you could probably link to the blog post which the YouTube video credits as a source and may be give an explanation rather than just dumping a video link ...
Anyway ... Seems that they are using windows firewall to block certain remote ip ranges to force the videos to be loaded from a specific location. If so then you could create appropriate drop rules in IPTables. Examples on how to do this can be found here
