How do i do this?

In ms access i have a few rows, most importantly date due, and days left.

I want to know how to make time days left actually calculate how many days are left using the system date and the info from date due.

I then want to sort all the rows into time left, with the least time left at the top.

Anyone know how to do this or able to point me to the right tutorial?

also, if excel can do it easier can someone tell me the "="equation stuff"" is please also how do you sort in excel?
