how do i dual boot?

Ok im having a total mare with windows 7.. ids there a way i can have my pc so when i boot up i can choose which OS it boots in? as i have windows xp and even though i lose out with 2gb ram at least it works with everything.

oh right, ill stick the xp disc in and see if that does the same thing

reckon it will work windows 7 being 64 bit and xp being 32 bitt?
