Hi

I need a couple of bits for my car and specifically need a drivers side headlight.
I've looked on Ebay and the cheapest one is £38 with P+P of £6.
I would be better off finding one at a scrap/breakers yard but i dont know where the nearest one to me is.
I've tried Googling but still doesnt bring anything of any relevence up.
If i do manage to find one at a breakers/scrap yard, how much do you think it is likely to be?

Thanks

P.S I need a drivers side headlight for a Ford Fiesta Mk5.
Anyone know anywhere that sells them pretty cheap? Used or New.

I usually use yell.com to find places. I have to get scrap parts for work and I have found it to be useful to find scrappys and vehicle specialists.

Not that its close to you, but I use a company called Fiestapart in Norwich for Ford spares. I don't know how their prices compare or what their postage is like but maybe you could give them a go (find them on Yell too!!!)

Thats not a bad price, mind where you order from as Ive had a headlight arrive with broken fixings  Ebay is probably ok if they have a good rating.

Over a hundred these are new I expect. Ive brought from a scrappie before and it was a bit cheaper I guess - volvo headlight and indicator for 25 I think it was, he wanted another tenner for the indicator but his junior assistant let me sneak it out.

Plain old yellow pages should list scrapyards, category is car breakers ?
