How do I find my websites html page??

I've been trying to get Google Analytics working but I'm having a have time finding what part of my website I have to paste the tracking code script??

I created my website via Adobe muse. From what I can see it places a 'index.html' in the public area of my site so that's what I thught I had to edit. However, when I go to my website and right click view page source I get a different html come up?

Where is this html file hiding with my directory structure, I don't get it? I've been through the entire thing and all I can find is the index.html which I've already edited??

Any advice greatly appreciated.

You need to add it to every page, so that Google can track visitors on all pages.
